Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation and use of the mobile game Dream Zoo: Rumble Match (the "Game"), published by CSR Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Game.

1. Licence to use the Game

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on Android devices that you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CSR Labs.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, translate, adapt, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the Game available to third parties;
• use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots or any unauthorised third-party software that modifies or interferes with the Game;
• tamper with, block, hide or interfere with advertisements displayed in the Game;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Virtual items

The Game may include virtual currency (such as coins and gems), boosters, lives, animals and badges ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and are licensed to you, not sold. The Game currently contains no in-app purchases; all Virtual Items are earned through play or by voluntarily watching rewarded advertisements. We may modify, rebalance or remove Virtual Items as part of game updates.

4. Advertisements

The Game is free to play and funded by advertising delivered by Google AdMob. Ads are configured to be family-safe and non-personalised, as described in our Privacy Policy. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any websites or apps you may visit by tapping on an ad. Rewarded ads are optional; you are never required to watch an ad to progress.

5. Saved progress

Your progress is saved only on your device. We do not operate cloud saves or accounts and cannot restore progress that is lost because the Game is uninstalled, the device is reset or its storage is cleared. Please keep this in mind before uninstalling the Game.

6. Intellectual property

The Game, including its software, artwork, characters, animations, audio, text, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to CSR Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Third-party components used in the Game are credited in the Game's third-party notices. "Google Play" and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

7. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, levels or content, and we may require you to install an update to continue playing. We may also suspend or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, at any time without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or will be compatible with every device.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of information in connection with the Game is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSR Labs and its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, Virtual Items or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Game, which is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Game. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
