Privacy Policy
Dream Zoo: Rumble Match · Effective date: 8 October 2026
In short: Dream Zoo: Rumble Match ("the Game") is made by CSR Labs ("we", "us"). The Game does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The Game shows advertisements through Google AdMob, which is configured in child-directed, non-personalised mode. AdMob may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and device information) to serve and measure ads, as described below.
1. Who we are
The Game is developed and published by CSR Labs. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, CSR Labs is the data controller for any personal data processed through the Game.
| Application name | Dream Zoo: Rumble Match |
|---|---|
| Package name | com.csrlabs.dreamzoo |
| Developer | CSR Labs |
| Contact | csrlabs.tech@gmail.com |
2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you download and play the Game on Android devices distributed through Google Play, how that information is used, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Game. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Game or from this page, or to the Google Play Store itself, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
None. The Game does not have accounts, sign-in, chat, user profiles or any form that asks for personal information. If you contact us by email for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it only to respond to you.
3.2 Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress (completed levels, high scores, in-game currency such as coins and gems, unlocked animals and badges, and settings such as sound volume) in a local file inside the Game's private storage area on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
3.3 Information collected automatically by third-party SDKs
The only third-party software development kit (SDK) included in the Game is the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). When an advertisement is requested or displayed, AdMob may automatically collect and process technical information, which may include:
- IP address (which may be used to infer approximate, city-level location);
- device information, such as device model, operating system version, screen size, language and time zone;
- app information, such as the Game's package name and version;
- ad interaction data, such as whether an ad was shown, viewed or tapped;
- diagnostic and performance data related to serving ads, including crash and error information for the ads component.
Because the Game tags every ad request as child-directed and under the age of consent (see Section 4), AdMob does not use the Android Advertising ID or other persistent identifiers to build advertising profiles or deliver personalised advertising to users of the Game.
3.4 Information we do not collect
The Game does not collect or access your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera, precise location (GPS), health data, financial or payment information, or any content from other apps. The Game does not use analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, social network SDKs or in-app purchases.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. There are two ad placements:
- Rewarded video ads, which are shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for extra moves; and
- Interstitial ads, shown occasionally between levels, never during gameplay and never before you have completed the opening tutorial levels.
We configure AdMob as follows for every user of the Game, regardless of age or region:
- all ad requests are tagged for child-directed treatment (COPPA) and as under the age of consent (GDPR);
- the maximum ad content rating is set to "G" (general audiences);
- advertising is non-personalised: ads are selected based on context (for example, the Game itself and approximate location derived from IP address), not on your interests or behaviour across other apps and websites.
Google's processing of data for ads is described in the Google Privacy Policy and the How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services page. Information about the AdMob SDK's data collection is published by Google at developers.google.com/admob.
5. Children's privacy
The Game is designed for a general audience that may include children and is listed under Google Play's Families programme. We take children's privacy seriously and the Game is built so that it does not knowingly collect personal information from children, or from anyone else, beyond the limited technical data processed by AdMob in child-directed mode as described in Sections 3.3 and 4.
In particular, the Game:
- does not request or collect names, email addresses or any contact details;
- does not include social features, chat, user-generated content or external links inside gameplay, other than the ads described above;
- does not serve personalised or interest-based advertising to any user;
- does not transmit the Android Advertising ID for the purpose of personalised advertising.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, or you have questions about how the Game handles children's data, please contact us at csrlabs.tech@gmail.com and we will promptly address your request.
6. How information is used
| Information | Purpose | Legal basis (where applicable) |
|---|---|---|
| Local save data | To remember your progress and settings between play sessions. | Performance of the service you requested (playing the Game). The data stays on your device. |
| Technical and ad-interaction data processed by AdMob | To serve contextual advertisements that fund the Game, measure that ads were delivered, limit how often you see the same ad, and detect fraud and abuse. | Our legitimate interest in funding a free game, implemented in the most privacy-protective configuration AdMob offers. |
| Support emails | To respond to your question or report. | Our legitimate interest in providing customer support. |
7. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Technical data described in Section 3.3 is processed by Google LLC as the provider of the AdMob advertising service, in accordance with Google's policies. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of CSR Labs, our users or others.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local save data remains on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear the Game's storage from your device settings (Settings › Apps › Dream Zoo: Rumble Match › Storage › Clear data). We do not hold a copy of it.
Data processed by AdMob is retained by Google in accordance with its own retention policies. We do not receive or store individual-level advertising data; we see only aggregated reporting such as the total number of ads shown.
Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
Because we hold no account or profile for you, there is nothing for us to delete on request beyond support correspondence. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, contact us at the address below.
9. Security
Save data is stored in the Game's private, app-sandboxed storage area, which other apps on your device cannot read without root access. Communication between the AdMob SDK and Google's servers is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we design the Game to collect as little data as possible so that there is very little to protect.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection law, including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because the Game holds no personal data about you on our servers, most of these rights can be exercised directly on your device as described in Section 8. You can contact us at any time using the details in Section 14 and we will respond within the time required by law.
You can further limit advertising data on your device through Android settings: Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads), where you can delete or reset your Advertising ID. Because the Game already requests non-personalised ads, this setting does not change the kind of ads you see in the Game, but it affects other apps on your device.
If you do not wish to see any advertisements, you may choose not to tap "watch an ad" offers and may play with the device offline, in which case ads cannot be loaded. The Game remains fully playable offline.
11. App permissions
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Internet / network state | Required by the AdMob SDK to load advertisements. The Game itself does not send any data to CSR Labs servers. |
Advertising ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) | Declared automatically by the Google Mobile Ads SDK on Android 13 and later. Because all requests are tagged child-directed, the identifier is not used for ad personalisation. |
The Game does not request access to location, contacts, storage outside its own sandbox, camera, microphone, phone or any other sensitive permission.
12. International transfers
Google LLC operates globally, and data processed by the AdMob SDK may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. Google maintains safeguards for such transfers as described in its privacy policy, including standard contractual clauses where required.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or change advertising providers. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice in the Game or on its store listing. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
14. Contact us
